Today we welcome Leigh Kellis to the podcast! Leigh is the founder and co-owner of The Holy Donut! Leigh started her idea for the Holy Donut in 2010 making potato based donuts in her kitchen. Now she runs a donut empire with 5 locations in Maine and 100 employees.

We chat with Leigh about the early days of her donut business and how she and her dad did the entire buildout themselves. Leigh gets honest with us about how her donut shop helped her to heal from divorce and an eating disorder, and how she wrote 3 books all while managing the rapid growth of her business.
