405-11: Armenian genocide recognized by the US House

Last week the US House of Representatives passed two historic votes. The first was an almost unanimous vote to pass H. Res. 296 recognizing the Armenian, Greek, and Assyrian genocide. The second vote saw the House pass a bill to impose sweeping sanctions on Turkey. The Armenian National Committee's Executive Director Aram Hamparian discusses these developments.
