He serves as the Dean of Yeshiva Darchei Noam in Monsey and as Director of Project Y.E.S. (Youth Educational Services) of Agudath Israel. For many years, Rabbi Horowitz has specialized in reaching marginalized Jewish youth and guiding their parents in nurturing their children’s strengths and potential.
Rabbi Horowitz authored Let’s Stay Safe, the groundbreaking child-safety book now found in over 155,000 homes inthree languages. He is also the author of the Bright Beginnings Gemara and Chumash workbooks, currently used in more than 100 schools worldwide.
