Smallville lets the dogs out this week after we get introduced to two brothers, Zack and Josh, that use kryptonite-injected canines for their money heists. After Lois accidentally stumbles upon one of the super-powered dogs she takes it back to the Kent farm where we find out LuthorCorp has been conducting more experiments on animals. While Lois and Clark investigate further to stop the two brothers, Lana teams up with Chloe in order to find out more about Jason's family history after she sees him talking with his mother at The Talon.

Erica Durance (Saving Hope) returns as recurring and original DC Comics character Lois Lane.

Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, Wedding Crashers) returns as recurring character Genevieve Teague.
