Ian Kay is the Co-Founder of Beckford Bar, Co-Founder of Rally Flip Cap & entreprenual coach. Ian faced many obstacles during his childhood (near death experience rottweiler attacked his arm age 7, diagnosed w/ Tourette's syndrome age 10, underwent two open-heart surgeries age 14 & 26) and continue to overcome adversity. Ian values the research & development process in product development because it helps him improve his daily problem solving & decision making skills. Ian enjoys facilitating creative projects for companies large and small, from concept to completion.
