We've all the heard the saying "go with the flow", but getting into flow means so much more especially if you're speaking to Jeff Fajans. The theory and psychology of flow is so fascinating, and it can be defined as simply as being completely in the zone. I like this definition, though, "the holistic sensation that people feel when they act with total involvement."

As a Doctorate of Positive Psychology, Jeff dedicates his work towards helping people, especially creatives, accomplish their big goals while achieving an optimal state of flow. As a fellow creative, Jeff shares tips on how to amplify your creativity and how to define creativity for yourself.
