Today’s guest is another one of our amazing athletes. Paul Holbrook has competed nine times at the Huntsman World Senior Games. His event of choice is Track and Field. In addition, Paul has a Master’s degree in Gerontology. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has worked as a personal trainer for over 25 years with over 45,000 personal training hours. In 2005, Paul founded Age Performance which is a human performance training center for adults 50 plus.
