Today’s episode is a very special one because I got to hang out with one of the most divine humans I have ever met. I’ve known Sammie for a few years now, since I studied with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy, and from the  moment I heard her speak I was in awe of her. She felt like the total opposite to me, but in the most beautiful way. 

When we met, I knew nothing about feminine and masculine energies, and as someone who lived only in the masculine at the time, the way Sammie showed up intrigued me, which is why I’ve brought her on to chat about feminine energy and how you can incorporate it into your days.
