After the food is prepared, former Orioles GM Dan Duquette joins the show to catch up. Ryan and Dan talk about when teams start to make significant changes, and how fragile the pitching landscape truly can be. Dan explains how plans don't always go according to plan. Lastly, Dan and Ryan reminisce about old stories from their time with the Orioles organization.

To wrap up the show, Kevin must do his fitness punishment for losing the Pop-A-Shot as voted on by the fans.
