Today's guest is Dr. Andrea Wieland — Olympian, psychologist, high-performance expert, and founder of Winning Systems Psychology. She's the author of The Confident Performer, holds an MBA and PhD from The University of Iowa, and competed on the 1996 U.S. Olympic Field Hockey team.
