The signs where there but I ignored them over and over again until one day I couldn't. Looking at me you would not be able to tell that I was battling with Hormonal issues. I was fit, thin, and happy but internally I was out of wack. The constant throws of dieting and exercising to lose weight for fitness competitions caught up with me and damaged my hormones. I ignored the breakouts, the lack of energy, the low sex drive until one day the breast tenderness hit me hard and I could not ignore it. It was my wake up call to change my habits and to take a deeper drive into hormonal health.
Thats when I made the switch in my coaching practice to not just focus on weight loss but to also focus on hormonal health and how to balance my hormones naturally. I dove deep into the topic, did my research, even went back to study it in death before creating my hormonal health program. I tested it on myself, my clients, and friends and saw that it was a program that worked without the need of perception medications and procedures. I was letting my body do what it was meant to do, HEAL.
