In our chat, Michael shares details from his first ventures into the construction world as a business coach aged just 23 - to his current position as Managing Director with a rapidly expanding company.

Having recently rebranded to REGROUP from AK Evans, he takes us through the motivations behind investing so heavily in the overhaul, some advice for companies thinking about doing the same and why he thinks the construction industry should keep building camaraderie and mutual respect.
