As a professional confidence and business coach backed by over 20 years of owning a thriving business and leading a team of over 100 people, Tammy has become an expert in Soft Skills Training.
She believes her superpowers are communication, education, and empowerment. When Tammy walks into a room, she believes in the essentials of bringing all of who you are. She does this while understanding and exploiting the parts of her personality she believes the room and her audience need the most using her extensive EQ training.
Tammy works with her clients on Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management while building Macro Confidences - one's ability to learn new things.
Tammy loves to lead and build leaders. She believes a leadership mindset goes beyond the title or a job role. "When we learn to lead ourselves, then and only then can we have a positive, transformative impact on our personal and professional growth, organizational growth, and team growth," she says. Tammy's favorite part about creating leaders is helping them learn how they learn and take transformative action.
