Guess what? The conference was almost cancelled because Jannese, the founder, couldn't get her regular sponsors on board. They said that it wouldn't work out because Puerto Rico isn't "America." WTF. So, we are spreading the word to make sure it gets the attention it deserves and to keep it going. Today I'm joined by one of the amazing attendees I met there: Tannia Ospina.

Tannia began her career in Human Resources at NBC Universal after graduating from Rutgers University.  Then left to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a lawyer.  After graduating from Rutgers Law, Tannia began her legal career. Seeking greater flexibility for her growing family, she founded an online kids clothing ecommerce business. Tannia's entrepreneurial drive led her to establish Ospina Law, her own boutique law firm, in 2023.
