Dr. Korem has worked with athletes at all levels, from division one collegiate teams to professional sports and Olympic champions. Dr Korem was also previously the high performance director of the NFL franchise Houston Texans.

His wealth of knowledge around athletic performance is unmatched. We explored sleep, stress, resilience, circadian rhythm, mindfulness and measuring & maximising recovery.
