Happy Thanksgiving weekend, friends! I hope you're having an amazing weekend with family and loved ones. We have a special episode for you this week and I can't wait for you to hear it!
I’ve said it before, I LOVE connecting with my listeners and community within Wife Teacher Mommy. I’m so excited because in today’s episode, I’m doing just that.
I have guest Sarah Snider on the podcast, who is an active member of the Wife Teacher Mommy community and Club. Sarah has been enjoying our products for years and has been a Club Member since the Club first opened! She is a wealth of knowledge and we’ll be discussing how to achieve work life balance as a Wife Teacher Mommy.
Sarah has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education as well as a Masters Degree in Special Education. She has been an educator for many years, teaching Pre-K all the way up to 12th, but currently teaches 3rd and 5th Grade special education. Along with being an educator, she is married with two children. Between school, work and family, Sarah has a very busy life and is a well of knowledge for achieving work life balance.
Throughout our conversation, Sarah is open about her experience as both a seasoned educator, wife and mom. She gives us high quality tips and expertise about specific ways she balances all of the different hats that she has to wear.
Sarah dives into her scheduling techniques and what she does to maintain a stress free calendar. She also offers ideas and examples of how to utilize support from coworkers, both in your district and outside your district and even within the Wife Teacher Mommy community. We also discuss the importance of proper self care and how putting yourself first helps you show up better for the people in your life that need your support.
It was so fun connecting with Sarah. Hearing all her wonderful advice on how to achieve work life balance truly was an inspiration. I hope you enjoy this episode and learn a thing or two!
