Did you know that 1 in 10 babies are born prematurely? It's a situation that occurs way too frequently and can be quite stressful and traumatic for parents. We wanted to shine a light on premature births and how we can all support parents who may be experiencing this.

Amy tells us all about her experience having two premmie boys, and starting her business and support network - Miracle Mumma. We chat about how you can support parents with premature babies not just during the NICU period but also after bub comes home.
