On this episode I deep dive into sharing my personal journey over the past few years and the discovery of my nervous system and how it correlates with motherhood and parenting. I share my struggles, how I overcame them and the growth I have endured along my parenting journey. A sequence of multiple life events left me with a disregulated nervous system and I constantly was questioning, “This can’t be it, I know I can be a better mom!” I emphasize that we are not alone on our motherhood journeys and we should not try and go about it alone.
