Today in Star Wars History - 9/23/2007

The sixth season of Family Guy kicks off with the Star Wars spoof special, "Blue Harvest." The episode's name is a reference to the working title for Revenge of the Jedi.

Peter retells Star Wars beginning with Episode IV to his family during a blackout. At the end, when the power returns, everyone thanks Peter for keeping them entertained, though Chris accuses Peter of ripping off the Star Wars episode of Robot Chicken. Peter replies with, "not a fan." Chris Griffin is voiced by Seth Green, co-creator of Robot Chicken.
