On today's podcast I share the latest initiative within The Pursuit of Manliness, "90 Days of Discipline." 

The 90 Days of Discipline initiative will lead a man to focus on the 4 areas of The Framework for Biblical Manhood: Spiritually Sound, Mentally Strong, Relationally Established, and Physically Fit. 

During the 90 Days men are given a Daily Plan of Action designed to help them focus on each specific area and begin to intentionally work them into their day. In addition to the Daily Plan of Action, men will receive a Weekly and Monthly Plan of Action to encourage each man to live outside of his comfort zone.
