Today I talk to Paul Dermody. Paul is an online coach who predominantly works with people in a very overweight catagory. We talk about how its not gym programmes but habit changes that get people the results as many of his clients have dropped 40 plus pounds wihtout even stepping into a gym, and that the weightloss process is actually rather underwhelming compared to what people think it will be.

 We also talk about how there is no good or bad foods but there is a good or bad diet and how it is better to add more nutritious food to your diet rather than cut stuff out when trying to improve your diet. Paul also uses money analagies to describe calorie intake regularly which I found is a great way of doing it because like food, we always need money!

This episode was very conversational and we even had a lil chat about learniing languages and a mini rant about how people need to get tougher and not just accent being ok where you are.
