In this lucid dreaming hypnosis we will utilize the 4am method to achieve a lucid state. This method is based on the idea that the brain is most susceptible to lucid dreaming during the period of time between 3am and 4am. This is because during this time, the brain is in a state of increased suggestibility and heightened awareness, making it easier to become conscious within the dream state. The 4am method works by setting your alarm roughly 6 hours after you go to sleep. Typically this falls around 4am but it may be different for you. Listen to this session as you initially fall asleep. When your alarm goes off, move from your bed to another place to resume your sleep. The couch for instance. Try to remain awake for 5-10 minutes if you can and then settle into your new sleeping spot and put this hypnosis on again. It will trigger the visualization needed to become aware which will be much easier now that you are in a state of non-resistance. This method works for me every single time I try it. It is my favorite and I hope you will find the same success with it as I have.
