This episode goes into a stretch of restricted airspace off the Virginia coast where something kept showing up that Navy pilots couldn’t explain.
Around 2014, pilots flying out of Naval Air Station Oceana started running into objects that didn’t behave the way anything in that environment should. Some would just sit there at altitude, holding position in winds that should have pushed them. Others moved in ways that didn’t match any known flight behavior. And a few got close enough to stop being interesting and start being a problem, including a near-collision within about 50 feet of a Navy jet.
This wasn’t a one-off. It kept happening. Enough that it started coming up in pre-flight briefings.
Pilots described different shapes. What they started calling the Sphere, the Acorn, the Metallic Blimp. Images were taken. Looked at. Still not clearly explained. At the same time, some of the performance details that get talked about, speed, how long these things stay in the air, haven’t been confirmed outside internal reporting. And it’s still not clear if this is one thing showing up in different ways, or multiple unrelated objects being grouped together because no one can define them.
The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office has said there are cases that remain unresolved.
What stands out isn’t just that part.
Flights didn’t stop. Operations didn’t change. This became something pilots were aware of before they even took off.
Not explained. Not removed.
Just there.

People talk about the Anunnaki like they were something that came here.
But when you go back to the earliest records tied to Sumer, that’s not what you find.
You find a system.
In Sumerian mythology, the Anunnaki aren’t distant. They’re part of how the world was understood. And in some of those accounts, humanity isn’t at the center of anything. It’s placed into a role that already existed.
That part doesn’t get talked about much.
The modern versions of this story push everything toward something physical. Something external. But the original material never needed that to feel heavy.
This episode stays with what’s actually there.
The structure. The purpose. And the idea that whatever shaped humanity, it may not have been something we had any say in.
And when you step back from it, that pattern doesn’t sit in one place.
It shows up again, in different ways, across different belief systems.
Not the same story.
But close enough to make you stop for a second.

Something attacked a woman in rural Oklahoma, and even now, no one can say exactly what it was.
Alicia Maxey was found mauled. Not just injured, not just shaken up, but taken apart in a way that made experienced investigators stop and question what they were looking at. She reported hearing a deep growl right before it hit her. Described it as dog-like, but not clearly a dog. That detail doesn’t go away.
Authorities have looked at the usual explanations of a bear, mountain lion or even possibly a dog. DNA was taken and the test results are still pending, and until that comes back, the case sits in that uncomfortable space where nothing fully fits.
In this episode, we stay with what actually happened. The attack. The injuries. The lack of a clear answer. And the growing sense that this isn’t as clean as it should be.
Because sometimes it’s not about proving what something is.
It’s about the moment when no one can confidently say what it isn’t.

Companies mentioned in this episode:
A storm should have taken the ship.
It didn’t.
There are demons described in old texts that don’t behave the way people expect.
They don’t always destroy. They don’t always attack. Some of them guide, protect, and intervene in ways that feel controlled, almost deliberate. That’s what makes them dangerous. Not what they do, but when they choose to do it.
In the Ars Goetia, part of The Lesser Key of Solomon, Vepar is listed as the forty-second spirit and described as a Great Duke of Hell.
A demon tied to the sea.
Capable of guiding ships through storms that should have taken them.
Capable of changing what is seen on the open water.
And capable of reaching past the surface entirely.
Into the body.

In 1974, a single mother in Culver City reported something that wouldn’t stay in the background. What began as strange lights and movement quickly turned into something more direct, more physical, and far harder to explain.
Investigators Barry Taff and Kerry Gaynor documented what they could, but nothing about the case was controlled or repeatable. And as the activity unfolded, it stopped looking like a haunted house and started looking like something centered on Doris herself.
When she moved, it didn’t stop.
This episode looks at the “Entity” case not as a place-based haunting, but as something that may have attached to a person. Whether external, internal, or somewhere in between, it never fully resolved.
And that’s what keeps it alive.

This episode of 4 Ever Paranormal jumps into perhaps one of the most bizarre figures within Chinese folklore - the Jiangshi. The Jiangshi does not represent an elegant vampire as in the west, but rather an unnatural and frightening “hopping corpse,” without a wistful spirit. The Jiangshi's body is animated by the energy of “qi,” the life force, and not due to its desire for blood.
We look at the origin of this belief through actual historic means of transporting bodies over long distances to metaphysical belief systems based on Taoist views of how a spirit can leave its body; this exploration causes us to be unable to tell whether one has experienced something or whether it is an explanation of an experience. Were these experiences purely based on cultural factors or were there truly things where people had an authentic encounter?
The episode presents an ambiguous situation; it you into an in-between land of myth, history, and collective experience. The concept of the dead continually moving around is almost quite plausible.

Most people say they don’t believe in superstition, but that confidence tends to slip right before something matters. There’s always that small pause. A word avoided, a habit repeated, a pattern followed without thinking too hard about it. Not because people are convinced it works, but because they’re not willing to find out what happens if they stop. This episode looks at that space between logic and instinct, where behavior sticks even when belief doesn’t fully hold.
There are grounded reasons for it. The mind looks for control, builds patterns, and holds onto anything that seems to help. That alone explains a lot. But not all of it. Superstitions show up across cultures in similar forms, and they persist even when people claim they don’t believe in them. At some point the question shifts. If there’s even a small chance those actions matter, even indirectly, do you really want to ignore them? Most people already know their answer.

In 1941, a quiet night outside Cape Girardeau, Missouri took a strange turn when Reverend William Huffman was called to pray over victims of what authorities initially believed was a plane crash. Instead, according to the story later passed down through his family, he arrived at a scene involving a damaged disk-shaped craft and three small bodies unlike anything he had ever seen. A local newspaper photographer, Garland D. Fronabarger of the Southeast Missourian, was reportedly present and may have taken a photograph before the military arrived and secured the site. No article ever appeared in the local paper, and the alleged photograph has never surfaced. Decades later the story emerged through Huffman’s granddaughter and entered UFO research circles as one of the earliest reported crash cases in the United States, predating Roswell by six years. Whether remembered history, misunderstood event, or something stranger, the Cape Girardeau incident remains one of the most intriguing and little-known stories in American UFO lore.

Chestnut Ridge in southwestern Pennsylvania has quietly become one of the most concentrated hotspots of high strangeness in the United States. From the 1965 Kecksburg UFO crash and reported military recovery, to the intense 1970s wave of low-level UFO sightings, to documented Bigfoot encounters and upright canine “Dogman” reports, this ridge has produced layered anomalies for decades.
Why does one geographic corridor generate so many different types of unexplained phenomena?
In this episode of 4 Ever Paranormal, we examine the Kecksburg incident, the surge of structured UFO activity along the Laurel Highlands, the overlap with Bigfoot investigations, and reported Dogman encounters along rural Pennsylvania roads. We explore the possibility of geological influence, mining history, and environmental factors without forcing a conclusion.
One ridge. Multiple categories of high strangeness. The question remains open.

This week on 4 Ever Paranormal, we take a step back from the cartoon version of the leprechaun and look at where the story actually comes from. Before the green suits and pots of gold, there was a solitary figure in Irish folklore. A small shoemaker. A keeper of hidden treasure. A being tied to the land and the old fairy mounds.
We talk about the origins of the name, the shift from red coats to green hats, the meaning behind the rainbow myth, and how Irish cultural identity reshaped the leprechaun over time. And we sit for a moment with a quieter question. What if these stories were never meant to be cute? What if they were reminders about boundaries and unseen neighbors?
No dark turns this time. Just folklore, history, and the thin edge of mystery that still lingers in certain places.
