Welcome to the B-Side.

In another small time travel, we go back a couple of weeks to 4/20. Here at 4Thangs, It doesn't matter when good segments are released, but on top of that, J doesn't smoke so we're alriiiiiiight.

If you know anything about the B-Side, that's where things get dusty. No better way than have (former) underground hip hop producer and (currently) funk driven drummer J-Zone stop by and talk about his transition from producer to drummer, what it's like being your own manager, shipping department, customer service, working with his right hand Pablo Martin & GM throws up some of his own beats to be critiqued by the Du-Rites own, Zone. As always, he doesn't hold any punches and we even get a few drum techniques and lessons from J. Go check out what the Du-Rites are up to as well as what J-Zone's been up to lately (He's been busy!)

And finally, to close out Episode 2 of 4Thangs, we get a visit from the fellas at Rap Rankings. Moogs & Mel(z) stop by the show to talk about what it's like starting up a new podcast with your homie, how they decide what albums get what rankings, and we even get a few bars from Melvin. A must listen for anyone who's a fan of digging into the true content of an album, mixtape, soundtrack, you name it, they knock it out.

It's Episode 2 of 4Thangs & the Knicks are in the playoffs!

Wait..... this isn't a sports podcast?

It's okay, you don't need to care about The Knicks, Basketball or whatever else because we get a trip form the West Coast & NiteOwl is in the building to try and keep GM sane while the Knicks battle the Hawks in the first round of the NBA Playoffs. NiteOwl stops through to talk about a variety of things including The Knicks, Crypto, NFT's & what it's like being an "old school" artist in a "new school" world. In segment 2 of Side A, we get trippy with Lurk aka LurkLovesYou. Lurk talks what it's like living on Vancouver Island, the importance of getting out to breathe fresh air as an artist, what it's like as an artist being compared to other artists, and the ... dangers of recycling(!?). It's not as crazy it may seem....Also, get a laugh as GM tries to pronounce the Hic..Hice....HEN site. (Keep in mind, some of these segments are recorded out of order, so GM does not bump his head between segment 1 & 2, we're just doing some early stage time traveling)

Also, we've piced up a new customer complain worker and .... some more customer complaints here at 4Thangs and things get handled....
