Eddie Donley's journey in real estate began in the early 2000s as a loan originator, where he honed his financial expertise before making a bold pivot. Seeing the storm brewing in 2007, he stepped away from lending and carved out a new path in real estate investing. That instinct for market shifts and his ability to adapt would define his career.

In 2015, after relocating to Asheville, NC, Eddie earned his real estate license and quickly made his mark.
