I’ve always found the sheer vastness of space to be a very thought provoking concept. Here we are on earth, caught up in our day to day lives. Our brains can’t even fully comprehend just how huge the universe is and so eventually you stop thinking about and get back to doing what you have to do. But some people never stop thinking about it and make it their mission to go up to outer space to see what’s out there and push us past our earthly limits. It’s a noble pursuit that sometimes has unfortunate consequences.
