1. Quit trying to worry about numerical results
2. Focus on the gospel and realize that my worth is found in Jesus Christ and what He has accomplished on the cross.
3. Listen more and talk less.
4. Cherish the small things and the small victories.
5. Only eternity will reveal the results of your labor.
