In August of 2020, I interviewed one of the top producers of health content on YouTube, Dr. Eric Berg. 

He shares with us in this recording, among other things, 5 tips to create quality content. Tips such as:

1. Find yourself an area of interest you can create on

2. Why you should avoid big intros

3. The importance of confidence

4. Remember the viewer

5. Use the technology in your pocket

Now a fair warning, Dr. Berg didn’t present these in a straightforward 1 - 5 way so be sure to pay attention. 

But, don’t worry it’s less than 15 minutes.
