Five minutes before a call, I sent Claude one prompt, typos and all. It found the right clip, added the correct date for every city, and burned in French, Spanish, and Hungarian subtitles. A year ago, I estimate this website would have cost me $50,000. I built it in one weekend with Claude and Codex, using no human production team — and a few thousand dollars in AI credits and tokens.

This is not a step-by-step coding tutorial. My AI agent handled 14,588 customer conversations and only 584, or 4%, required human escalation.

 In this video, I break down the real numbers behind the custom AI agent operating inside my ecommerce business: 14,588 conversations, $30,807 in influenced sales, 340 attributed orders, and only $805 in total AI cost.

This is more than a chatbot answering basic questions. I wanted an agent that could communicate naturally, understand the education behind the NaturalSlim brand, respond around the clock, support customers, and help produce revenue across our website and text messages.

I also explain the practical starting point for building useful AI systems in your own business. Start by defining exactly what you want, use tools like Claude or Codex to map the path, and focus on building one valuable system at a time.

But an AI agent cannot manufacture demand from nothing. If you want an agent to produce sales, you need customer attention and traffic first.
