Millennials, what do you do when it seems everything is falling apart?

There have been multiple situations in my life where the shaking of life knocked the wind out of me.  It seemed everything was going well, I knew I was in the right place at the right time, there was a good flow and I felt COMFORTABLE.  Then, all of a sudden things started getting crazy.  It seemed everything in my life was falling apart.  And most times this madness seemed to come out of no where.  What in the world!?

I have learned through many of these situations that shaking means transition and you can Trust God In the Shaking.  Let's chat about how to recognize and navigate transition.
