This aerialist and instructor had 5 children and suffered from Gestational Diabetes in every single pregnancy.  Elizabeth also had an episiotomy, first-trimester bleeding due to a cyst and gestational hypertension. She tells her story of gaining weight, bringing her kids into the world and getting back into shape via aerial at every step.
