As we enter the weekend, we reflect on the importance of Communication, the most important influence we have as humans.  

Understanding how we communicate with self and use that to both uplift and deceive ourselves is important to have clarity with.  

Using communication to justify poor behavior is generally a byproduct of not wanting to be held accountable and using self communication we can overcome this negative trait and increase our ability to have a positive influence. 

We also can use the written word to provide understanding of context, which is critical to viable communication between people.
