Tyson "Newlife" Sanchez is Doctor of Physical Therapy, Run Coach and World Music collector/DJ. He founded his Oakland-based Mobile Physical Therapy Clinic in 2018. He is licensed in Physical Therapy in both California and Illinois. He also provides ergonomic assessments, personal training and mobility training to anyone anywhere else in the world that has internet access. He is also a DJ whose world travels inspired the creation of the FEX Party (Foreign Exchange) founded in 2009, a party that was dedicated to exposing his hometown of Chicago to different cultural flavors in the nightlife scene and solidifying it as an international destination for music. With a hip hop and house DJ background and mix aesthetic, NewLife honors and upholds this legacy in a unique fashion. Over the years, he’s channeled the inspiration from his travels into a sound that has morphed into a fusion you’d have to experience to understand. NewLife continues to DJ and produce music that brings people closer to the cultures of the world and closer together as people. He has brought his style of mixing music to music lovers during the pandemic via a monthly World Music mix called, “World Over” that can be heard on soundcould which can be accessed in the description.
