In this episode, Matt & Jenn discuss how the betrayer can help in healing and restoration of the relationship.

1. If you have betrayed your spouse, you must humbly demonstrate that you feel the pain you have caused AND be willing to drastically change your behavior because of it. 
2. Rebuilding a relationship after betrayal will require time and vulnerability on the part of the betrayer.
3. With betrayal, understanding the dynamic that led to the betrayal must be part of the healing and restoration of the relationship.
