This Episode features David Joyce. David is currently the Head of Athletic Performance at the Greater Western Sydney Giants of the Australian Football League.  He has worked in professional rugby at the club and international level in both the United Kingdom and Australia, as well as in club and international football in the English Premier League and in Turkey.  He’s been a part of 2 Olympic cycles for Team GB at the Beijing Olympics in 2008, and for Team China at the London Olympics in 2012.  He has also published 2 books on integrated high performance (High-Performance Training for Sports, and Sports Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation).  He is a highly respected performance professional and I was honored to have him on the show!
