Welcome my friend! Today we are digging into mental health and changing the narrative surrounding this condition that so many suffer from. This is a topic I’ve wanted to talk about on the podcast for a while, but I was just looking for the right person to have this conversation with. Today, Paris Prynkiewics joins us to talk about mental health. So many people are scared to talk about their issues and we talk about why it’s so important to eliminate that stigma around mental health.
Paris has an extensive background in psychology from both experiences and education. She tells us her story about being misdiagnosed, being admitted to a psychiatric hospital, and then later working in that same hospital. She is also the host of the podcast Crooked Illness.
Tune in with us to dive deep and clear the air to better mental health, and more enjoyable life.
