Our guests today are Luke & Lauren Smallcomb. Luke and Lauren live and work in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Luke is a Clinical Counselor who specializes in trauma, story-work, addictions, enneagram and polyvagal theory. Lauren is a RN and Nutritional Therapist who works with clients with autoimmune diseases and other chronic illnesses. She is currently retraining her limbic system and experiencing incredible shifts after 15 years of chronic Illness. They have 4 kids through adoption and birth, and two cuddly dogs. They cohost the Filled to Flourish podcast together, and love sharing their life and emotional health insights!
