Today I talk to Meg Sloan. Meg is a Self Worth Coach who supports people pleasers and self sabotagers to overcome fear, truly put themselves first and cultivate an inner sense of self worth.

Coming from a background in therapy when the pandemic hit, Meg realised that she wanted more than what she was currently doing and decided to move into coaching. 

We talk about what people pleasing and self sabotage looks like and how we can work to overcome them, How theres nothing wrong with a lil woo in your life, and the imporance of filling up your own cup!
