Hey y'all! On today's episode I spoke w/ Celine Crum! Celine is a Pro athlete in the USAPL, she won that pro card at the A7 Raw Challenge at this past 2022 Arnold's where she took 1st place. We got to talk about how she battled through injury through prep, how she has improved her mindset as a powerlifter, how she feels about the women's weight classes, and more!
