Today I talked to Nikki Harris and the role they can play when it comes to weight loss as women. Nikki is a nutritional therapist who specialises in hormone health.
We talk about how important our hormones are as women, what can affect hormone levels, including cosmetics and household cleaners and things you can do to bring them back into sync.
We speak about the DUTCH test (Dried Urine Test for Complete Hormones) and how necessary testing can be in order to get to the root of a problem
.We also talk about the importance of weight training for women but also not to overtrain them.
