Cuba
Uno de los productos más conocidos de Cuba es el puro. De hecho todos los expertos fumadores coinciden en que aquí se produce el mejor tabaco del mundo, gracias especialmente a lo dulzón que es. Cuba cuenta con un récord del que estan muy orgullosos: tienen la tasa de alfabetización más alta de toda Latinoamérica (más del 99%). El acceso a la educación es público y gratuito, incluida la universidad, así como todo el material escolar. Los cubanos son también grandes deportistas, de hecho son el segundo país americano en número de medallas olímpicas, tras los Estados Unidos. Los deportes en los que destacan en las Olimpiadas son boxeo o atletismo, pero donde son verdaderos cracks es en el béisbol, aunque hayan tenido que salir del país para conseguir un mejor futuro. Si necesitas un médico y andas por Cuba, no tardarás en encontrarlo: dicen que hay cerca de 67 médicos por cada 10.000 habitantes y que hay más especialistas en medicina en la isla que en toda África. Solo hay un McDonald’s en Cuba y se encuentra en Guantánamo. La base militar norteamericana que pertenece a Estados Unidos.Cuba es la isla más grande de todo el Caribe y la número 17 de todo el mundo. Solo nevó una vez en Cuba, por lo menos desde que se tienen registros. Ocurrió en Cárdenas el 12 de marzo de 1857. Menuda sorpresa tuvieron los habitantes aquel día. Todos conocen la figura del Che Guevara, pero ¿sabías que más allá de ser un héroe de la Revolución Cubana fue también ministro de economía del Gobierno Castro? Es imposible visitar Cuba y no verlo por todas partes.
