#5amMesterScrum Show 685 Live - Doing Scrum Fun Wrong, It is Not Supposed to Happen Only in Retros.  I propose a New Scrum Event called "Fun Time" - Today's topic: (1) Having fun is supposed to happen throughout a Sprint and not just at the Retrospective.  I think Scrum Masters don't do Scrum justice by only having improvement related fun.  They should encourage a smaller commitment and more team pure fun time.
