David made a covenant with Saul's son Jonathan; but that was before David became king and all of Saul's family his enemies. So why then does David seek out Jonathan's son, Mephibosheth and bring him to the palace? Mephibosheth is destitute, lame, helpless, and living in exile. He has nothing to offer the king, yet David seats him at his table and treats him like a son. What's going on and what does this story have to do with us?

Moses had been the Israelites prophet / mediator between them and God, but now they were about to enter the Promised Land where there would be a lot of worldly influences and false teachers. Join us as we discuss God's Words to Moses on this!

What exactly is blasphemy? Is it really deserving of death? Is Old Testament blasphemy anything like blaspheming the Holy Spirit in the New Testament?
