Breaking Brett Jensen kicks the show off by talking with North Carolina State Senator, Brad Overcash, about the Raise the Age bill, whether or not Governor Cooper will veto the bill and how the bill will impact Carolinians.

At this time criminals will exploit the law by having 16 and 17 year-olds commit serious crimes on their behalf because they know that these kids will receive lighter sentences. This bill is intended to cut down on these instances and hopefully incentivize these young people to think twice before they commit these serious felonies.

Later in the show Brett is joined by Scott Hamilton from the WBT Newsroom to discuss seeing a B-17 bomber at the York County airport for the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
