David Stradinger, President of Winchester Development, began as City Manager of Myrtle Beach in 1975 and has since developed over 5000 premier resort oceanfront condominiums, townhouses, live/works, single-family houses, and cottages as well as 5 golf courses. His career has and continues to make a profound impact across the Southeast.
