If you could change one thing about your physical appearance what would you change and why? One of the toughest climbs we encounter daily is the one to self love and acceptance. I mean don’t we say that we love ourselves and then completely contradict ourselves when we look in the mirror?! As in, pulling yourself a part however we wish. As women, we have this need to be seen, heard and affirmed, but by others... Do we realize that we can provide that same affirmations to ourselves?!
