Ian Dean is a former Canadian National World Cup Ski-cross racer. On this episode, he shares his story of blowing out his knee while racing on the World Cup circuit, and the challenges he faced through the rehab process. Now he resides just outside Seattle, WA and while no longer racing, he is still an avid ski enthusiast and active on social media with the focus of using his videos to inspire people to get out and enjoy the mountain.
