We are so thankful to have friends and Lifeway Girls authors, Mac Bridges and Kenz Durham, with us for this episode all about feelings! Working with teen girls in ministry, we experience and talk through all the feels. You might not be a feeler, but what if we told you that God has created our feelings to invite us into intimacy with Him? And here’s the deal, that invitation isn’t just for your teen girls. It’s for you, too! 

Mac and Kenz met in the Belmont University cafeteria their freshmen year of college when their moms introduced them because they share the same name (MacKenzie). Then, they quickly bonded over more than just their namesake—they both had a deep love for Jesus and a zeal for community. Over the years, they’ve started Delight ministries together, written books together, and created For The Girl as a way to combine those two passions. They believe that following Jesus is the most wildly exciting ride of your life, taking yourself too seriously is overrated, and faith is best done in community!
