You've heard you need to process your emotions, but what does that even mean? Well, what if I told you that emotions aren't problems to be fixed but feelings to be felt? 

Today we're going to talk about just that: how you can learn to lean into your emotions so that you can process them and get them out, versus letting them hang around and get stuck in your body. I'll share some tools, tips, and tricks I've learned through life coaching to help you manage the emotions that are managing you. 

And in the Midlife Moment, I'll share something in perimenopause you might not be ready for: rage. It's real friends.
