Jordan Richardson recently joined the Tech Family as the Orientation Coordinator, and he spends this episode talking about why Louisiana Tech Orientation is special and how he envisions further incorporating the Tenets of Tech and a sense of community into future sessions. He discusses the things he's learned in his other higher education roles around the country, and he speaks to the importance of generating school spirit within incoming Bulldogs to make their Tech experience the best it can be.
